Equipment That Shapes Possibility
Behind every precision bend is powerful metalworking equipment, and at Ramsay Welding & Fabrication, Inc., we have both. Our metal fabrication shop is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery, including a 330-ton CNC LVD press brake that bends sheet metals made of stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys from 22 gauge to 3/8″ plate, up to 13′ long.
Smaller parts are formed on 35-ton, 6′ Di-Acro press brakes. For heavy-gauge materials, we use 600-ton Chicago press brakes to form 3/16″ to 1 1/2″ plate, up to 14′ long, depending on thickness.

Our metal forming services go far beyond the ordinary. With advanced bump rolling capabilities, we form unconventional shapes that typical rolling machines can’t handle. Each component is crafted with precision to minimize die marks, even on sensitive finishes like #4 polished stainless steel vacuum chambers.
