Ramsay Welding & Fabrication, Inc. is the premier shop for exceptional metal forming services. We use high-performance press brakes and other state-of-the-art equipment to create custom metal parts that meet the unique specifications of your commercial or industrial applications.
We are highly skilled in bump rolling. Our technicians form unusual shapes that cannot be done with standard roll equipment while making die marks practically nonexistent. In addition, we regularly form #4 polished stainless steel vacuum chambers. We hold dimensional bending tolerances to ensure we deliver the best results.
Our Equipment
Our metal fabrication shop uses a 330-ton CNC LVD press brake. This machine bends sheet metal made of stainless steel, steel, aluminum, and other alloys that are 22 gauge up to 3/8” plate to 13’ long. We form smaller pieces on 35-ton, 6’ long Di-Acro press brakes. Our 600-ton Chicago press brakes can form materials from 3/16” to 1 1/2” plate up to 14’ long, depending on the thickness.
